Note that Japanese prefer to use a name rather than a pronoun
the red pen is hers = あかい ペンは かのじょのです。 ・ 赤い ペンは 彼女のです。
which bag is hers? = どの かばんが かのじょのですか。 ・ どの かばんが 彼女のですか。
my jacket is red but hers is green = わたしの ジャケットは あかいですが、 かのじょのは みどりです。 ・ 私の ジャケットは 赤いですが、彼女のは 緑です。
