walk out on somebody ( informal ) to leave somebody forever किसी को हमेशा के लिए छोड़ देना

1 to treat somebody badly, without considering his/her needs or feelings किसी के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करना (उसकी आवश्‍यकताओं या भावनाओं को बिना समझे)
2 to defeat somebody completely किसी को पूरी तरह से हरा देना

walk up (to somebody/something) to walk towards somebody/something, especially in a confident way किसी व्‍यक्ति या वस्‍तु की ओर चलकर जाना (विशेषतः आत्‍मविश्‍वास के साथ)
